Traditional training in the Jiu-Jitsu uniform

NoGI

A dynamic variant without the classic uniform, combining elements of BJJ and Submission Wrestling.

Adults (15+ Or Over 60 Kg)

Open to everyone 15 and older or younger heavyweights over 60 kg

Introductory Course

Perfect for beginners. Get a crash course in movement, self-defense, and the basics of Jiu-Jitsu

From complete newbies to those with up to four years of experience. This is where the foundations are laid
