Understanding Our Training Schedule

GI:

Traditional training in the Jiu-Jitsu uniform.

NoGI:

A dynamic variant without the classic uniform, combining elements of BJJ and Submission Wrestling.

Adults (16+ or over 60 kg):

Open to everyone 16 and older or younger heavyweights over 60 kg.

Introductory Course:

Perfect for beginners. Get a crash course in movement, self-defense, and the basics of Jiu-Jitsu.

Beginners:

From complete newcomers to those with up to four years of experience. This is where foundations are built.

All Levels:

For those who already have some skills. There’s something here for every level of experience.

All Levels+:

For those wanting to dive deeper and take their skills to the next level.

Movement:

Improve your body coordination and fitness. Open to everyone.

Yoga:

Relax and increase flexibility with our yoga exercises.

Children and Adolescents (from 5 years):

  • Play/Movement: Learning through play, ideal for the little ones.
  • Learning: The structured way to learn Jiu-Jitsu basics.
  • Performance: For young fighters who want more.
