How to train as a guest

Open mat

Free training without a set class. Guests with a white or blue belt pay per visit; purple, brown and black belts train for free.

Classes

You can also join a class with a single-class pass or a 5-class pass. The times are in the training schedule.

What to expect

You come to the dojo in Bergmannstraße, we welcome you, and you roll with partners who look after you. Gi or no-gi, by agreement with your partner.

There is no set class at open mat: you work on your game, drill situations or roll. Head coach Rodrigo Fernandes is on the mat almost every night and answers questions.
